Although my health and fitness were good I decided to consult with Tom in order to balance my supplements and diet in a more informed way with the aim of protecting my general health and wellbeing. In particular I was interested in supporting/protecting my brain health and improving my focus and concentration; reducing any unhealthy stress; healing a longterm peeling skin condition on my palms. We have also focused on balancing my blood sugar levels preventing insulin resistance.
