We often hear that stress can have effects on the body but it’s easy to not realise how huge this effect really is. I hope this video will help you see how important this factor can be for gut health.
I was intending to make my explanations simple in this video and avoided jargon but the two iron-binding molecules in the gut I mention are transferrin and lactoferrin. They prevent undesirable bacteria and yeast in the gut from using up the iron in our food and instead transport it safely into the bloodstream.
